Britt's Connection to Willow, and One Last Gift

 

I'm blasting this on my social accounts and blog, because I was able to figure this out. This is just my hunch, but I think Britt will be Willow's bone marrow donor!

I'm thinking, since Britt died, she's Nina's cousin, and Nina is Willow mother, this makes Britt Willow's family. A lot of the time, a donor is more likely to be found in the family. How crazy! I'm also betting that this is one step closer to Nina discovering that Willow is her daughter, or vice versa.
